TENANT PLACEMENT

Our experienced leasing team will promote your rental property extensively to attract the best tenants. We will then assess your tenant applicants and present you with those who are the most suitable for your property.

REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE

We provide repair and maintenance services for both emergency and non-emergency situations. Our team is available on weekends and evenings to address any issues that may arise.

RENT COLLECTION

We handle rent collection on your behalf and transfer the funds to your bank account each month.

MOVE-IN / MOVE-OUT INSPECTIONS

Move-in, move-out and seasonal inspections are important in order to ensure your property is efficient as possible, at the same time, documenting the condition of your property before and after a tenant's stay is important too. We conduct thorough inspections at all stages, noting any damage or changes to ensure fair handling of any necessary repairs or maintenance.

PARALEGAL SERVICE (IF REQUIRED)
